Pineapple Vinaigrette

Ingredients:


1 Cup Chopped Fresh Pineapple

1 Cup Chopped Yellow Bell Pepper

1/3 Cup Rice Vinegar

1 Tablespoon Minced Seeded Jalapeno Chili

1/2 Tablespoon Curry Powder

1/2 Tablespoon Ground Pepper

1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
 

Preparation / Directions:


Puree pineapple in processor until smooth. Add bell pepper, vinegar, chili, curry powder and ground pepper; process until smooth. With machine running, gradually add oil.
